For millennia people have practiced aromatherapy for better sleep, for mood enhancement, and to combat any number of health issues. Today, most adults have at one point in time used aromatherapy, but most do so irregularly or have stopped use altogether. Living with Aroma, a zero to one project, is created to promote aromatherapy use and help users understand the ways in which aromatherapy can improve mental and physical states.
